Married Couples Ministry 

The purpose of the Married Couples Ministry is to build stronger marriages that reflect the relationship between Christ and His bride, the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33).  This is to be accomplished through solid Bible teaching each week in the Sunday School hour and at Celebrate Recovery Bible Study.  The goal is to create and sustain a new couples’ network for friendship, fellowship, and mutual accountability.  Finally, here at St. James A.M.E. Church in Bartow, we want to create “great commission” homes where our marital and domestic lives become effective means of sharing and demonstrating the good news of JESUS CHRIST!
